Introduction and Definitions

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between "Alpha Plus for Information Technology" (hereinafter referred to as "Alpha Plus") and the "Client" or "User" authorized to access this application. By using the app, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all the terms of this agreement.

 Exclusivity and Licensing

* **Closed System:** This application is not for public consumer use. It is a specialized technical tool reserved exclusively for "Alpha Plus" clients subscribed to its ERP or cloud-based solutions.

* **License:** Alpha Plus grants the client a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for business management purposes, subject to the service contract signed between the parties.

 Account Management Policy (Creation & Deletion)

Due to the B2B nature of this platform, account management is governed by the following rules:

* **Account Creation:** The application does not support self-registration. Accounts are created and activated centrally by the Alpha Plus technical department or via the administrative dashboard provided to the client's authorized manager.

* **Account & Data Deletion:** Since accounts are integrated with financial, accounting, and commercial records within the Alpha Plus or Odoo infrastructure, self-service account deletion is not available within the app.

* **Legal Deletion Procedure:** If a client wishes to terminate their account or delete their data, a formal request must be submitted via the registered email to Alpha Plus. Requests will be processed after verifying contractual obligations and ensuring that deletion does not compromise legally required historical financial records.

 Intellectual Property Rights

* All intellectual property rights related to the application—including source code, designs, UI/UX, trademarks, and proprietary technologies—are the exclusive property of Alpha Plus for Information Technology.

* Reverse engineering, de-compiling, reselling, or leasing any part of the application without explicit written consent is strictly prohibited.

 Data Security and Synchronization

* The application synchronizes data with cloud servers. The user is obligated to maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials.

* Alpha Plus is not liable for any data breaches resulting from user negligence in securing their devices or passwords.

 Limitation of Liability

* The application is provided "as is." While Alpha Plus strives for maximum uptime, it is not liable for any commercial losses resulting from service interruptions caused by the client's internet connectivity or force majeure events.

* Full responsibility for the accuracy of entered data (prices, quantities, tax details) lies with the client and their employees.

Amendments and Governing Law

* Alpha Plus reserves the right to update these terms at any time to align with technical or regulatory developments.

* This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
